Reese Swincher

Reese Swincher was raised in Dripping Springs Texas and stayed in the hill country to obtain his undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Texas State University in San Marcos. As a student he was very involved with campus life helping develop peers as a Student Government Senator and founding father of the Texas State chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity. As an active member of the community Mr. Swincher helped develop both the 10 year campus master plan and the San Marcos City Council master plan.
After graduating from Texas State University Reese worked for the Texas State Senate for one session before attending St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio where he focused on negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. Reese graduated and obtained certifications in Mediation and Family Law Mediation.
As an advocate Reese has experience in personal injury, family law, criminal law, and estate planning. He enjoys practicing law as it gives him the opportunity to use his skill set to help others and give back. Personal injury law grants a unique opportunity to give justice to those who have been injured and help them heal. In his free time Reese enjoys coaching youth soccer.
